- The construction site is located within the Training Area Grafenwoehr. - Disassembly of the existing medium voltage and low voltage installation devices inside of the old transformer station # 21, Range # 206, consisting of: 1 each existing oil transformer 100 kVA 1 each existing medium-voltage switching system, consisting of 4 each medium-voltage cells 1 each existing low-voltage switching system, l x w x d = 2.0 m x 2.0 m x 0.6 m Disassemble all existing metal structures. - Demolish the existing transformer building and backfill the construction pit. (Top course: gravel layer) - Construction of a new transformer building with cable vault and gable roof, roof slope 30 degrees. Size of building: approx. 9.80 m x 3.0 m, clear height 2.60 m, consisting of: 1 each transformer room, 1 each joint medium-voltage and low-voltage switching room, 1 each telecommunication room for data processing technology, cable vault of reinforced concrete, dimensions: l x w x h = 9.80 m x 3.0 m, 0.90 m high - Installation of a medium-voltage switching system 24 kV, consisting of: 1 each 24 kV transformer control panel 2 each 24 kV insecure cable control panels 2 each 24 kV secure cable control panels with circuit breaker as backup cells 1 each 20 kV oil transformer 250 kVA - Installation of a low-voltage switching system, consisting of: 1 each transformer circuit breaker 630 A 1 each busbar system 1000 A 4 each fuse load isolating bars 400 A 16 each fuse load isolating bars 160 A - 1 each cross connection box (EMCS) as wall cabinet. Relocate all existing medium-voltage and low-voltage cables in the new station. Earth work: - Perform soil backfilling work in the area of the new transformer station. - Provide a construction pit for the new transformer station with cable vault. - Provide strip foundations for the new transformer station. - Provide a gravel access road for the new transformer station. Pave the access roads towards one front side and one longitudinal side. Provide a gravel layer on the rear surfaces adjacent to the new transformer station (see drawing). Restore the adjacent lawn surfaces.
