- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR Part 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The Solicitation number, N00189-15-T-Z229. The proposed contract action is for commercial services, in accordance with the Requirements Statement. This requirement is Set-Aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 238390 and the Small Business Standard is $15.0 Million. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-82 and DFARS Change Notice 20150602. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office requests submissions from responsible sources to provide an New Office with Furniture in accordance with the Requirements Statement. The Requirements Statement is as follows: REQUIREMENTS STATEMENT Requirements DELIVERABLES: 1.One cabinet that meets the following specifications: 7 long/1 8 deep/32 high, two lockable 42 wide lateral file drawers, 42 wide sliding doors with shelving, Laminate counter top. 2. Office to include the following: Approximately 21 LF of Environamics Symbio moveable wall product, Ceiling runner to screw attached to the grid, Floor runner to have teeth for sitting on top of carpet, Aluminum trim finish, 6 Snap-on Vinyl base, Panels to be 21/4 X 24 X Ceiling height, unitized tongue and groove gypsum wallboard panels wrapped with Environamics Type II standard finish with sound attenuation blanket in the cavity, Single glass full height sidelight panel (12 ) by door to have clear glass with safety logo, AO furniture hang on s are provided for mounting on the drywall partitions, Hinged door to be 3/0 X7/0 Laminate finish to match fabric insert, cylindrical lever lockset, keys, 3 hinges and floor stop. 3. DELIVERY/INSTALLATION INFORMATION: Items to be delivered and installed within 6 weeks from date of award at the following location: Naval Station Norfolk Bldg W-143, Room C617 1968 Gilbert Street, Norfolk VA 23511-3392 III. Period of Performance 1.All work shall be completed within 6 weeks after date of award. Contractor will be on site forty (40) hours per week. VI.
