- This acquisition is being solicited in accordance with FAR subpart 19.14 Service Disabled Veteran Own Business (SDVOSB). THIS PRESOLICITATION (W911S7-15-B-0018), THE SOLICITATION AND ANY AMMENDMENTS ARE PAPERLESS AND WILL BE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE INTERNET ONLY. THE NAICS CODE IS 238210 WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF $15M. The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, and performing all work in accordance with specifications and drawings for the removal of existing SIPR 1 quote mark EMT conduit, surface mounted raceway, user outlet boxes and CAT6 cables. Replace the EMT and Panduit going to offices with Holocom Protected Distribution System (PDS), or equivalent. Install PDS raceway from inside SIPR rooms as indicated on drawing. Install eight (8) SIPR drops with shielded CAT6 (RED) cable shown on Drawings and Specifications to be provided at Solicitation. The location of the required work is at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Construction details, any applicable drawings and Statement of Work (SOW) will be provided when the formal solicitation for Invitation for Bids is issued. Applicable drawings will be provided to Prime Contractors only who meet the size standard for the NAICS code being solicited. Any subcontractors shall contact the Prime Contractor for a copy of drawings. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This will be a fixed price construction contract. All contractors must be registered and have an active and verified account in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award from any DoD activity. Contractors may access the Internet site at: https://www.sam.gov/ to register and/or obtain information about the SAM program. FAR and DFARS Representations and Certifications can be submitted at https://www.sam.gov/. Offeror must be certified as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business at the time of submission of bid. Offerors SDVOSB certification will be verified for eligibility in the VIP database at: https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov. Offerors not possessing a valid, active, and verifiable certification at the time of bid submission will not be considered for award. Contractors must ensure that the applicable NAICS code 238210 is included in their profile prior to submission of bids. The areas concerned in this project are government owned. They will be in use during the progress of the work and the contractor shall arrange their operations to cause as little interference as possible; work shall be performed during normal business hours identified as 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, legal public holidays excepted. All work performed shall be in accordance with the specifications provided at solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about July 21, 2015 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov) and the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/).
