Combined Synopsis/Solicitation: Heart Lung Bypass Unit Heater-Cooler GENERAL: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued. Quotes are being requested under Request for Quote (RFQ) number VA249-15-Q-0607 and no other written solicitation will be issued. This procurement is being competed as a small business set aside. Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov. Offerors must state their business size when submitting offers. Delivery is required within 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). No partial quotes will be considered. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order. All items must be new; no remanufactured items will be accepted.
