- The United States Air Force through Air Force Support Center (AFSC) at Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC) intends to procure the line items cited below for a firm-fixed-price (FFP) requirements contract. The Government intends to award this sole source spare purchase to one of the two pre-approved sources; the OEM, Raytheon Technical Services Company, or the only OEM approved source, Thomas Electronics, Inc. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
