- DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC), Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Tenant Division located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, is seeking information on SMALL BUSINESS sources that can supply U.S. Federal Production Subscription and Support for Shavlik Protect Standard for Workstations that meet the specifications listed below: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of sources who can support the requirement. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 511210. Description of Requirement: 1. 1,800 licenses of U.S. Federal Shavlik Protect Standard for Workstation LanDesk Software. 2. U.S. Federal Production Support/Subscription for Shavlik Protect Standard for Workstations for one year. 3. Software updates, bug fixes and telephone support for one year. 4. The customer's technical support team may report product problems and failures to the quote mark vendor's quote mark Technical Support Desk via toll free telephone number, email, or chat. All inquiries will be entered into the call tracking system. A unique Trouble Ticket Number will be assigned and provided to the customer. As developments or milestones are attained within the trouble shooting process this information will be updated within the quote mark vendor's quote mark ticketing system, and can be accessed via a web portal interface.
