- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Office intends to solicit on a sole source basis, with OCEUS Networks Inc. for a XIPHOS maintenance, as described below, in support of the US Joint Staff, Suffolk, VA. Only the original equipment manufacturer can provide the required maintenance and software updates. Representatives of US Joint Staff will perform inspection and acceptance at destination. A firm fixed price purchase order is the expected result from this acquisition effort. This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This request for quote (RFQ) N00189-15-Q-1316 is the only written solicitation which will be issued, unless amended. The NAICS code is 334614. The quoter shall provide a firm fixed price offer for: ITEM #DESCRIPTIONUNIT QTY 0001Bronze Support for Xiphos 1 (50 users) BRONZE, Level 1 “ 8x5 Support with 30 day return to factory hardware repair for one year. Warranty/Support covers Xiphos R3 with single radio and fifty Concurrent Connected Users (CCS) Product number: OCE 300 0001 EACH 1 0002Bronze Support for Xiphos 2 (50 users) BRONZE, Level 1 “ 8x5 Support with 30 day return to factory hardware repair for one year. Warranty/Support covers Xiphos R3 with single radio and fifty Concurrent Connected Users (CCS) Product number: OCE 300 0001 EACH1 All contractors must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed online at https://www.sam.gov. All parties responding to this solicitation may submit their quote in accordance with their standard commercial practices (e.g. on company letterhead, formal quote form, etc.) but must include the following information: Company ™s complete mailing and remittance addresses, the Company ™s CAGE code, a Point of Contact (POC) name and phone number, price(s), Dun and Bradstreet Number, and Taxpayer ID number. Each respondent shall provide proof of status as an authorized dealer/distributor. All FAR certifications and representations specified herein must also accompany your quotation. The successful quoter is required to be registered with, understand, and invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
