Description
This acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside. This will be a firm-fixed price contract to support maintenance of the C-17 aircraft for the following item: NSN: 4920-01-433-5025BA, P/N: 17G460208-1, Noun: Leak Test Cart - Fuel Tank. This acquisition includes a first article requirement that will require the first article, quantity of l each, a test plan, with a quantity of 1 lot, and test report for a quantity of 1 lot. If the first article meets the requirement, it will be included in the basic production quantity. Data is available for this item and will be posted with the Request for Proposal (RFP). Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. Quantities: Basic Year - 2 EA, including the first article; Option I: 2 EA; Option II: 2 EA; Option III: 2 EA. The fuel tank leak test cart is an enclosed cart containing equipment to be used to pressurize the fuel tank for leak tests. The cart contains air pumps, air hoses, control panel, air gauges, air valves, and fuel vent cover plates and adapter plates. It is used to provide positive or negative pressure to the wing fuel tanks. All first article assets will be shipped F.O.B. Destination. Any subsequent units beyond the first article will ship F.O.B. Origin. It is anticipated that the RFP will be released on or around 16 July 2015 with an estimated response date of 16 August 2015.
