- Solicitation/RFO announcement for The FAA Eastern Acquisition Service Area, Boston Acquisition Office, has a new construction effort for the BOSH Bldg Roof Replacement Project at E. Boston, MA. Engineering/Facility Point of Contact (POC) will be Tom Swanson, 781-771-8444. The performance period, is thirty (30) calendar days, after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). This project is 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160, with a size standard of $15.0 MILLION. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, and Wage Rates, are attached to this announcement. All documents are available in.pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. The price range for this requirement is $25,000.00 to $50,000.
