Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ 07724 entered into a task order on the basis of other than full and open competition for TIBCO software maintenance and support on June 30, 2015. The TAC awarded a 12-month, firm-fixed-price task order with four 12-month option periods against the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement V Governmentwide Acquisition Contract to TechAnax, 15000 Afron Court Suite 100, Montclair, Virginia 22025, a certified service-disabled Veteran-owned small business pursuant to authority 41 U.S.C. 4106(c)(2) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B), entitled "Only one awardee is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services ordered are unique or highly specialized." The North American Industrial Classification System code for this effort is 541519.
