The AF Life Cycle Management Center/Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division Rapid Cyber Acquisition Branch (AFLCMC/HNCY) is surveying the commercial and non-developmental item vendor community for all interested parties in a proposed requirement for one-way link transfer cross domain solutions (CDS) at multiple fixed and deployed locations. The CDS must be capable of automated bi-directional exchange of multiple data types and file formats between security domains. CAPABILITY REQUIREMENTS: •· The system shall have successfully completed National Security Agency (NSA) certification /penetration testing for Secret & Below Interoperability (SABI), •· The system shall be posted on the Unified Cross Domain Services Management Office (UCDSMO) Baseline List of Validated Solutions, •· The system must protect data using DOD Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) certified encryption standard, and employ public key encryption. •· The system must provide transfer rate between domains must be ≥ 10 GB for fixed locations and transfer rates between domains must be ≥ 1 GB for deployed locations, •· The system must provide e xpanded input/delivery mechanisms to send and receive data using additional mechanisms such as secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP), •· The system must provide an Application Program Interface (API) to establish a secure and direct connection as a means of transferring data, •· The system must provide one-way and bi-directional file transfer mechanism to transfer multiple data types and file formats without system processing degradation (e.g., pcaps, logs, text files, executable files, all standard Microsoft Office file types, pdf, zipped files, DLLs, binaries, ISO files, system images, and hashes) •· The system must adapt to varying operational environments that account for the mission performed by the user site, the systems, networks, and interfaces that exist there; the types, formats and volume of data being processed; and the roles and identities of individual users, •· The system must be able to withstand moderate abuse associated with air/ground shipment, •· The system must be ≤ 2 U rack mount at a fixed location and weight ≤ 40 lbs. and must be ≤ 1 U rack mount and weight ≤ 10 lbs. at deployed locations. All respondents are requested to submit a capability statement (no more than 5 pages) that includes the following information: •1. Propose commercial or non-developmental items that meet the stated fixed and deployed location requirements. •2. Inform the Government if the stated requirement is on a pre-priced contract (GSA, NETCENTS, or ESI). •3. Provide hardware/software compatibility list for proposed commercial or non-development items. •4. Provide a rough order of magnitude (ROM) costs for the solutions and professional services include but not limited to: •· Up to 10 fixed and 66 deployed site installations, system integration, train-the-trainer, and administrator training, and cross domain network accreditation test activities, •· 24 hour reach back support activities from the vendor and/or agency. •5.
