- U.S. GOVERNMENT 5CO0348 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: CO City: Monte Vista, Alamosa, and La Jara Delineated Area Office to be located along HIghway 160 from one mile east of Alamosa to one mile west of Monte Vista on160. Also along Highway 285 south from Alamosa to La Jara. Also include Highway 17 extending one mile north of Alamosa, Highway 285 extending one mile south of Alamosa, Highway 285 extending one mile north of Monte Vista and Highway 15 extending one mile south of Monte Vista with street access within ½ mile of Highways listed above. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,363 (Office) 1,272 (Warehouse) Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,363 (Office) 1,272 (Warehouse) Space Type: Contiguous office space located in a modern quality building of sound and substantial construction. Warehouse need not be contiguous but located on site. Parking Spaces (Total): 80 with 1 RV/Trailer pull-through spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 80 with 1 RV/Trailer pull-through spaces Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: Municipal water is preferred.
