- This amendment is being issued to answer questions for tree removal at C&D Canal. See attached amendment 0001 a. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. (SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION, PICTURES, AND MAP OF PROPERTY). less than p greater than b. The Solicitation Number for this acquisition is W912BU-15-T-0044 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). less than /p greater than less than p greater than c. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-78. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside; the NAICS code is 561730 and the Size Standard is $7.5 Million. less than /p greater than less than p greater than e. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the contractor to provide all necessary labor, services and materials to remove trees from behind lots 112, 114, 116, 118, and 124 in accordance with Scope of Work, Pictures, and Map of Property. (See the attached detailed Solicitation, Pictures and Map of Property). Award will be made on the basis of Lowest Price. less than /p greater than less than p greater than f. The period of performance for the tree removal shall begin within 3 weeks from receipt of award. less than /p greater than less than p greater than g.
