Description
Solicitation Solicitation No. SOL­280­15­000005 ISSUANCE DATE: July 2, 2015 CLOSING DATE: 4:30 pm Cairo, Egypt time on July 17, 2015 SUBJECT: USAID/MERP, Frankfurt Solicitation for Resident Hire U.S. Personal Services Contractor [USPSC] - For Acquisition and Assistance (A&A) Specialist Ladies/Gentlemen: The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications from U.S. citizens interested in providing PSC services as described in the attached solicitation. Applicants must be able to obtain a Facility Access security clearance. Place of performance will be Frankfurt, Germany. Submissions shall be in accordance with the attached information at the place and time specified and must include signed OF-612 and a written statement that responds to the requirements of the position (Education/Prior Work Experience/Language Proficiency/Skills and Abilities/Job Knowledge required for the position). Any questions on this solicitation may be directed to Human Resources, USAID/Egypt by email to: Lydia Rizkallah, lrizkallah@usaid.gov or usaidhr@usaid.gov. The evaluation and selection process usually takes two to three weeks after the deadline. Shortlisted applicants are invited for tests and/or interviews during this time frame. Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates who are seriously being considered for a position are contacted for an interview. Interviewed candidates will normally be advised of the outcome of the selection process after a period of about four weeks.
