- The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Natick Contracting Division on behalf of the U.S. Army Natick Soldier RD&E Center (NSRDEC) intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) only one responsible source to REVISION MILITARY LTD., Essex Junction, VT. for Trogamid Sawfly Kits for characterization & user testing needed in support of technology maturation initiative. These specific units are being acquired from this vendor for evaluation only. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
