This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE only. Responses to this notice will be used for information and planning purposes. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this notice. The Lebanon VA Medical Center, Lebanon, Pennsylvania has a requirement for a contractor to provide laundry/textiles services for the Lebanon VA Medical Center located in Lebanon, PA 17042. This notice is to obtain possible sources that have the capacity and capabilities of furnishing the physical laundry plant at an off-site locations), all labor, supervision, management, management support, supplies, ancillary equipment, vehicles and materials necessary for accomplishment of complete laundry/Textiles services. The NAICS code for this procurement is 812320. Total Cleaning Pounds (Average per yr) 642,000 * Includes the Following: OR Linen 40,000 Uniforms 8,200 Mops (wet/dust) 55,000 Patient clothing 43,800 **General Linen 495,000 Includes standard items and station unique items not identified such as restraints, cubical curtains, table cloths, spreads, and the like Responses to this notice should include the following: Offeror's company name, DUNS, address, point of contact, title, phone number and email address. Offeror's capability to meet this requirement and any pertinent information which demonstrates the company's ability to meet the above requirements. Offeror's type of business (small or large) and socioeconomic status whether Service Disable Veteran Owned, Veteran Owned, Hubzone, 8(a), Women Owned, Small Disadvantaged, etc. If applicable, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) must be verified in VetBiz.
