- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Pacific will use responses to this sources sought synopsis to make appropriate acquisition decisions for the planned Five (5) Year Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Long Term Contract (LTC). After review of the responses submitted regarding this potential acquisition, a solicitation announcement will be published in Federal Business Opportunities if and when the Government intends to continue with the procurement. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Pacific is seeking sources to provide the supply and delivery of semi-perishable and perishable grocery items relating to Coca Cola Beverages: - Soft Drinks - Energy Drinks - Juice - Tea - Coffee - Milk - Minute Maid - Soup - Drink Mix - Drink, Aquarius Prospective offerors must have the capability to provide all of the items above. The planned award Fixed-Price IDIQ Contract is estimated between $2,000,000 to $2,500,000.00 US dollars; which is inclusive of shipping and delivery. The delivery location will be Kanto Area Bases and Yokota Air Force Base, Japan. The applicable NAICS code is 312111, Soft Drink Manufacturing and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Interested parties shall provide the following information to the Government: (1) Name of company - include company address, a contact person's name, telephone number, and email address; (2) Company size (please specify as either large, small business, etc.; (3) Describe in detail the firm's capability to provide the items listed above along with item lead times. Respondents should include applicable Duns and Bradstreet Number (DUNS), Tax Identification Number (TIN) and System for Award Management (SAM) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code number. The purpose of this notice is to identify potential sources. ***THIS NOTICE IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT AND A CONTRACT WILL NOT BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT AND ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. ALL INFORMATION SUBMITTED WILL BE HELD IN A CONFIDENTIAL MANNER AND WILL ONLY BE USED FOR PLANNING PURPOSES*** The Government will not pay for any materials furnished in response to this notice.
