Description

The Contractor shall provide complete construction services for Project No: 459-13-101 at the VA Pacific Islands Health Care System American Samoa CBOC located at Fiatele Teo Army Reserve Bldg, Pago Pago, AS 96799. CONSTRUCTION PROJECT INCLUDES: A.Provide labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete all construction specified in the drawings, specifications, and other documents provided by K.F. Davis Engineering for Project #459-13-101, Renovate American Samoa CBOC. B.Work will include, but is not limited to: a.Build-out/renovation of approximately 1850 sq ft of space for a Mental Health Clinic. b.Build out/renovation of approximately 1350 sq ft of space for storage and staff break areas. c.Build out/renovation of approximately 600 sq ft of space for a Lab. d.Replacement of approximately 8 sets of exterior doors. IAW VAAR 836.204: The disclosure of the magnitude of construction for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Pre-bid site visit will be conducted. Time, date and location will be specified in the solicitation. This project is being solicited as a Total 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. In addition, bids will only be accepted from current VISN 21 MATOC holders.
