- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT: In accordance with FAR Part 6.302, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), through the Procurement Directorate intends to award a Sole Source firm-fixed price contract to 1442 Grayson LLC, 605 E. Dewey Place, San Antonio, TX 78212 for the lease/rental of 105 reserved parking spaces. CBP requires parking: 24/7 access for 105 parking spaces located in closest proximity to Building 44 located at 1400 East Grayson Street, San Antonio, TX. The parking spaces are located in parking lots bounded by Quitman Street, East Carson, Spofford Avenue and Rogers Avenue. The parking facility must be accessible 24 hours daily seven days a week including weekends and holidays. Vendor will have a period of performance from August 1, 2015 through July 31, 2016. The base period is 12 (twelve) months with two (2) option periods from August 1, 2016 through July 31, 2018. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this acquisition is 812930. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes; however interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement, which if received within 7 calendar days of publication of this notice, shall be considered by the agency. All responses must be submitted to the Government point of contact at the email address shown below. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
