THE CORRECT SOLICITATION # IS FA6675-15-R-0006 A solicitation is to be issued for the renovation of B1344, a facility of approximately 5,100 square feet of floor space. Work to include HVAC system replacement, Standing seam metal roof replacement, interior finishes, structural repairs plumbing, electrical & lighting, and communications. Magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000, with the estimated construction time of 180 days. Tentative date of solictation release is 28 July 2015.
