- Request for Quote N00253-15-T-0362 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is N00253-15-T-0362 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the attached solicitation. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334419 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The government prefers FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Division, Keyport, WA 98345-7610. The closing date of the solicitation is 22 July 2015 by 10:00 A.M. PST. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport requires various electronic security system equipment manufactured by Identiv (formerly Hirsch Electronics, LLC). Only one source will satisfy agency requirements [10 USC 2304(c) (1)] as implemented by FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii). A firm fixed price contract will be issued for Identiv (formerly Hirsch Electronics, LLC), or an authorized dealer thereof, equipment as detailed in the attached solicitation. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing no later than seven (7) days before the solicitation closing date. Questions received within seven (7) days of the solicitation closing date may not be entertained. Questions shall be submitted via e-mail to: megan.vogt@navy.mil. No paper copies will be accepted. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments, if applicable, prior to the closing date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection.
