- This Letter RFP is hereby extended until July 31, 2015. PR Number: 0055864820 FSC: 5340 Nomenclature: Bolt, Shoulder: Sole Source to Northrop Grumman Technical (0JRC1); Part Number 14-17020-1. RFP SPE5EC-15-R-0002 Due Date: July 31, 2015 This is a Firm Fixed priced contract. This procurement is for a quantity of 1,271 each. NSN: 5306-00-241-5827. The Government does not possess complete unrestricted technical data therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with only one source Northrop Grumman Technical. Other than full and open competition applies under the authority of 10 USC 2304C(1). Item is Sole Source to Northrop Grumman Technical (0JRC1) under part number 14-17020 and it is anticipated that the award will be made via a delivery order against a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). If other than the BOA source can meet the Government's needs and successfully be approved as a source for this item at time of award, request for a copy of the RFP should be made to Phyllis Daraio at 215-737-7941 or email a request to Phyllis.Daraio@dla.mil and a copy of the formal solicitation will be posted on theDIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. Buy American/Free Trade applies. This acquisition is being procured on an unrestricted basis. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis. Delivery beginning 450 days with partial shipments authorized. Delivery will be made to DDSP New Cumberland Facility, New Cumberland, PA FOB Origin Source Inspection Applies.
