- Description
- A Justification and Approval for limited competition of urgent requirement in Petit-Goave Haiti was approved in accordance with FAR 6.302-2 on February 9, 2015. Two vendors were solicited and two vendors submitted bids in response to the IFB. Before an award was made, it was determined that this requirement was no longer necessary. In accordance with FAR 14.404-1(c)(3) soliciation SAQMMA-15-B-0013 is hereby cancelled in its entirety. FAR 6.305(b) does require the posting of the J&A limiting competition within 30 days of contract award, but since an award was not made, the J&A will not be posted.
