- Synopsis Description This is an award notice for a contract to provide document destruction services to the VA Northern California Health Care System. This contract was awarded as a sole source contract to Truss Crane, Inc dba. All Purpose Document Destruction. The award was made under the authority of FAR 6.302-5. The statutory authority is provided under 38 U.S.C. 8127 and 8128, and section 502 and 503 of Public Law 109-461.
