Description
AFMC Form 158 AFMC Form 807 DD Form 1653 GPP FAR Clause Selection Sheet Commercial Item Description/Performance Specification, Version 2, dated 6 Jul 2015 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and attachments. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation, number FA8523-15-Q-0002, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82, effective 7 May 2015. (iv) This solicitation is a small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 334417 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. (v) Item No: 0001, Noun: A2PAT RF cable assemblies, 1 Lot of 40 EA IAW attached Commercial Item Description/Performance Specification, Version 2, dated 6 July 2015. Item No: 0002, Noun: A2PAT RF Adapters, 1 Lot of 40 EA IAW attached Commercial Item Description/Performance Specification, Version 2, dated 6 July 2015. (vi) Description: The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Electronic Warfare Avionics Integrated Support Facility (EWAISF), has a requirement to buy one lot of 40 A2PAT RF cable assemblies and 1 lot of 40 RF adapters IAW the attached Commercial Item Description/Performance Specification. The systems tested within the facility require validated simulation files based off of EWIRDB data. In addition, these systems require a complex environment to be generated by the simulators. Due to the complexity of this environment, there is a need for the RF signals within the environment to be tested and verified by an external piece of test equipment. (vii) Required delivery is 3 months after receipt of order; The Ship To address is: FY2266, 577 SMXS FLT H DCGS, Building 229, 280 Byron St., Robins AFB, GA 31098-1610, M/F Robert Usher.
