- This Sources Sought will be used for market research purposes only. The Government is conducting market research to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy. The Government is seeking responses from businesses capable of providing database license renewal or an alternative database with the same capabilities. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation in response to any solicitation that results subsequent to this sources sought notice, which shall be considered by the agency. Seeking companies capable of providing database access for a one year subscription for the back files of two journals for which the USMA library currently subscribes. Back files are electronic/digital copies of prior issues of each title. They will be searchable, both in the library, and remotely, once the user is properly authenticated. Both are high use journals for which the library should have a complete run. -Comparative Political Studies -Simulation and Gaming. All interested parties that feel they can provide this service should forward their capabilities in writing to Joseph.R.Bloss.civ@mail.mil. Please indicate your business size as well.
