- SELF CERTIFYING DOCUMENT- SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH QUOTE RFQ DOCUMENT The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends purchase a brand name or equal to VersaTube 20-FT X 20-FT X 7-FT Metal 2-Car Carport. This is a total small business set aside. An award will be made based on lowest price technically acceptable. Please make sure the quote includes FOB destination shipping to address below. The Quotes shall be firm fixed price. All vendors shall have an Active DUNS number in SAM.GOV. Shipping shall occur 4 weeks or less from receipt of purchase order. Please see the attached RFQ Document for all information and FAR Provisions and Clauses. All vendors shall fill out the self certifying document and submit it with their quote.
