- As noted in the RFP, the Offeror shall submit its Health & Safety and Environmental Protection documentation in the proposal and notify the Grantee via a declaration that the Offeror will comply with the local laws and regulations as related to the FS work. Please review the Turkish Occupational Health & Safety Law, Legislation No: 6331 and note any relevance to the work required under the Terms of Reference. For reference, such local requirements are noted below and are only related to operational work in the construction area. Written risk analysis All tools, planned to be used-machines-the staff-must be defined with method and environment Emergency Plan- prepared for the job of Field studies Occupational Health & Safety and start work Training Records(signed)/Certifications of the staff planned to work Medical Reports of the staff planned to work Vocational Training Certificates of the staff planned to work Periodic Inspection Documents-if equipment is to be used, work equipment are related to periodic inspection Received Training Courses on Emergencies (First Aid and Fire Fighting Training Certificates) Driving License Copies of the staff that will drive vehicle- vehicles with company logo and/or if 4*4;SRC documents Any other Training Certificates of received by the staff planned to work Task Description of the staff planned to work Insurance inflows of the staff planned to work Update Contracts of the software The company's Occupational Physician and Safety Specialist contracts OHS clerk outcomes (signed by the parties) The company's sub-file SGK opening document. (This pertains to Turkish companies and sub-contractors only) Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) (work shoes, helmet, glove etc.) Handover records. PROVISIONAL ASSIGNMENT CERTIFICATE, which will detail when and why the Contracting team will be in the field. Fieldwork's Work instructions "
