- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.5 - Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number N00167-15-T-0072 applies and is hereby issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes/proposals are being required. The procurement is 100% small business set-aide. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334118 with size standard of 1000 employees. This procurement is for the acquisition of National Instruments data acquisition equipment. The equipment will be used with existing software interface specifically designed for use with the National Instruments hardware. Offers can be submitted by returning a completed copy of the attached solicitation document N00167-15-T-0072, or by submitting their offer on company letterhead stationery, or as otherwise specified in the solicitation. To be considered for award a submitted offer must include at the minimum the following: •(1) Solicitation number, •(2) The time specified in the solicitation for receipt of offers, •(3) Company name, address, telephone number, CAGE number and DUNS number, •(4) Representative and Certifications must be completed and available at the Government System for Awards Management System (SAM) website. www.sam.gov., •(5) A technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary, •(6) Terms and any express warranty, •(7) Price and discount terms, •(8) Acknowledge of Solicitation Amendments, •(9) When offer is not submitted on the SF 1449, include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation. Offers that fail to furnish required representation and information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. If a change occurs in this requirement, only offers received within the required time frame will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for further discussions and/or award.
