Description: The government anticipates a sole source solicitation for a torsion spring tester that shall have the capability to torsion test springs from 31 to 200 inch-pounds and a minimum rotation range of 0 degrees to 300 degrees. Minimum torque specification accuracy of +- 0.2 in-lbs (0.1 in-lbs resolution). Capable of testing springs with an outer diameter up to 7.5 inches. Input electrical power of 120VAC/60Hz required.
