Dyke, terri_dyke@nps.gov, 314-655-1661 PSC: U009 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82, effective 8 June 2015. This procurement is a total small business set-aside IAW FAR 19.203(b) and FAR 19.501(c). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 711110 Theater Companies and Dinner Theaters applies, and the small business size standard is $20.5M. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price purchase order with one contract line item. U.S. Department of Labor Wage Rates do not apply to this acquisition. Offerors are requested to submit questions to terri_dyke@nps.gov no later than 30 June, 4:00 PM Central Time. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply. A record of the visit shall be made and furnished to all prospective offerors via www.fbo.gov and www.fedconnect.net. To be considered, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and possess and maintain a valid Dun & Bradstreet number at the time of contract award. Lack of an active registration in SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. For more information on SAM Registration, please visit the Small Business Administration's website and sam.gov. Assistance in SAM registration is provided by Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (PTACs). Visit http://www.aptac-us.org/ to find a servicing PTAC. Responses are due to National Park Service, Missouri Major Buying Office on or before 10 July 2015, 1200 CT. Late quotes will not be considered.
