This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/service prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number FA8501-15-F-TAPASSIS is a Request for Quote. Attached Cert and Rep must be returned with quote. Prior to award of any DOD contracts, offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and all Representations and Certifications must be completed. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 561110 (b) DOLLARS: $7.5M This requirement is for a Transition Assistance Program Administrative Assistant. The contractor shall provide the personnel to support the Airman and Family Readiness Center (A&FRC) on Robins AFB. The purpose is to have a Transition Assistance Administrative Assistant to conduct and maintain data entry and administrative duties for the Transition Assistance Program (TAP) requirements and resources within the A&FRC. Price should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Evaluation Factors will be: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Term of contract: One year from award. Quotations should be emailed to Edward Holden (edward.holden@us.af.mil) no later than 22 July 2015, 3:00 pm EST. The anticipated award date is 15 August 2015.
