- Site-Visit Walk Through A walk through is scheduled for Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at 11:00 am, in the lobby. USDA Forest Service Regional Office, 1323 Club Drive, Vallejo, California. Commercial Item R5 Regional Office, Vallejo, CA Convert North Elevator to Digital Controller Car operating panel: Furnish and install one (1) new car operating panel. The new car operating panel shall be manufactured and installed in accordance to the American Disabilities Act (ADA), and ANSI code A17.1, CAC Title 24 and other applicable State and local codes.The new car panel shall be constructed of stainless steel with a #4 brush finish and vertical grain. (See SOW) This acquisition is being advertised as a 100% Set-Aside Small Business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238290. The Small Business Administration size standard is $14.0. Contractors are required to be actively registered in (SAM.gov) system for online Representations and Certifications. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued. To receive the entire solicitation package and any applicable amendments, prospective offerors must download them from the FedBizopps.gov website. The Government intends to issue the solicitation electronically only.
