Description

The work includes the removal of existing temporary wooden stairs and walkways as well as the replacement of concrete stairs and walkways at Bauer Roadway, Camp Smith, Hawaii. The estimated cost of the proposed project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238110 and the corresponding size standard is $15M average annual receipts over the last 3 fiscal years. The proposed contract listed here is 100 percent set-aside for HUBZones. The Government will only accept offers from certified HUBZone concerns. A one-time site visit will be scheduled. The details will be provided with the solicitation. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be available in electronic format only. The IFB will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website at https://www.neco.navy.mil and the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://www.fbo.gov on or about July 23 2015.
