- Purpose of the Announcement: In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System (FAA AMS) paragraph 3.2.2.4, to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source via single source procedures. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC) intends to modify DTFAWA10A-00200, Delivery Order 0001 with Sunhillo Corporation to extend contract by One (1) year and increase the contract ceiling. Period of Performance will extend from 9/27/2015 till 9/26/2016. This is necessary to allow for the follow-on procurement to be awarded. All responses to this announcement must be directed to William Bleda at William.Bleda@faa.gov no later than 12:00PM EST Standard Time, July 15, 2015. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
