The Government anticipates the following requirement as a Sole Source Set-Aside for Live the Life Ministries; however, Offerors interested in this requirement shall communicate their ability to provide the requirements below. This is not a request for quote (RFQ) or a request for proposal (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government will not pay for any cost incurred in responding to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought synopsis shall be voluntary. This Sources Sought Notice is for Market Research purposes only. The information submitted in response to the Sources Sought Notice will not be utilized to determine vendor standing in any future/potential Request for Quote/Request for Proposal, nor will it be utilized to determine if a vendor is qualified to submit a Request for Quote/Request for Proposal for any future/potential requirement. The notice and the information received shall not be used to determine how well respondents can perform a requirement, which can only be evaluated in response to a solicitation. Vendors will not receive formal notification or feedback on any information submitted in this Sources Sought request. All future/proposed submissions/solicitations requirements solicited on a Government Point of Entry will be evaluated independent of any information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice. No vendor will be provided information on solicitations issued on a Government Point of Entry based on this Sources Sought request. This Sources Sought Notice is relative to the NAICS code 624190. The Small Business size standard for this NAICS code is $11 Million. Large and Small Businesses are invited to answer this market survey to determine market capabilities. Hurlburt Field, FL, is conducting market research to determine the existence of potential sources to provide Marriage, Family, and Relationship Retreats. The potential requirement will consist of the contractor providing: PROGRAM DESCRIPTION Provide courses and curriculum available through Live the Life Ministries for approximately 1746 participants. Prospective Offerors shall communicate their capability to provide the required courses, curriculum and the additional scope requirements as listed below: -Negotiate with hotels in Northwest Florida (within 50 miles of Hurlburt Field, FL) to secure hotel rooms/adequate lodging for each retreat at reasonable rates outlined in the budget -Negotiate catering for all events to ensure good quality food at a reasonable price -6 - "Adventures in Marriage" weekend retreats for married couples for up to 480 individuals - includes 2 nights lodging, 2 dinners, 2 breakfasts, and 1 lunch -4 - "Family Wellness" weekend Retreats for families for up to 480 family members - includes 2 nights lodging, 2 dinners, 2 breakfasts, and 1 lunch -4 - "Relationships 101" Weekend retreats for up to 200 singles - includes 2 nights lodging (2 singles per room), 2 dinners, 2 breakfasts, and 1 lunch -2 - "Father and Son Champions" Retreats for 18 participants - includes lodging, meals, whitewater rafting, and transportation to North Carolina. -6 - "Date Nights" for up to 420 married and dating individuals. All Date Nights include dinner. for all participants, along with fun and creative date experiences (Date Night Game Show, photo scavenger hunt, red carpet movie night, Couple Hide and Seek, and others) -Childcare contract services for approximately 150 children to support the above events -Marketing flyers and materials for each event -Online registration for each program offered exclusively to Hurlburt Air Force Base personnel and their families at tiny_mce_marker.00 registration cost. Hurlburt Field Chapel Office will be responsible for filling/providing participants for all courses/programs. A more detailed description of each program and curricula provided is below. ADVENTURES IN MARRIAGE WEEKEND RETREAT FOR MARRIED COUPLES Adventures in Marriage combines core relationship principles with the latest research to provide specific, practical, attainable skills for a successful marriage. Couples will learn how to create the marriage they have always wanted with the spouse they already have! Other benefits include: -Express and accept anger without destroying love -Fight in such a way that couples resolve issues and feel closer to their spouse -Acknowledge and enjoy one another's differences rather than seeing them as a problem -Recognize when one's communication style is more of a problem than the actual problem couples are facing -Develop the ability to feel genuine empathy for one's partner instead of secret resentment -Express oneself clearly so that thoughts and feelings can be recognized and understood without causing a spouse to feel defensive, resentful, manipulated or inadequate -Avoid the mind reading that so often leads to misunderstanding between couples, and learn to avoid assumptions -Understand what went wrong in previous relationships or what is going wrong now RELATIONSHIPS 101 WEEKEND RETREAT The Relationships 101 weekend retreat teaches singles the basic skills for healthy relationships. This program is highly relational, and highly experiential, because we believe that is how young men learn best. The program content includes the Roadmap to Manhood and the 6 stages of becoming a man.
