- The U.S. Army intends to procure the Early Entry Fluid Distribution System (E2FDS) and is currently seeking to identify sources. Updated information on the E2FDS will be posted to FBO as necessary. The Government will not provide notification when updates have posted. Interested parties are responsible to keep themselves informed so it is important to visit FBO periodically to ensure that you have the most current information. Industry is advised that questions submitted may, at the discretion of the Government, result in the clarification, modification, and/or addition of information on this website. All questions will be posted publically with Government feedback. It is the responsibility of Industry, when providing any questions or comments (solicited or unsolicited), to properly mark such information that is considered proprietary or is otherwise restricted. Any Request for Proposals will be publicized on the FEDBIZOPPS web site at FBO.GOV Communication with the Government regarding all aspects of the Program is permissible only through the Government POCs listed on this notice.
