- NOTE TO OFFERORS: DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT: The Contractor shall perform semi-annual and repairs on all Suppression and Sprinkler systems in the Command. LOCATION: Service shall be performed in all buildings protected by extinguishing systems placed in the Camp Darby, Depot & ASA Areas. MISCELLANEOUS: The solicitation package and additional information will be posted in the next few days on Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov) PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 17 September 2015 - 16 September 2016 (Base Year) 17 September 2016 - 16 September 2017 (Option Year One) 17 September 2017 - 16 September 2018 (Option Year Two) IMPORTANT NOTICE: To be awarded a government contract you MUST: 1. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held on 24 July 2015, 09:00 AM. The meeting point will be Gate #4, Via Vecchia Livornese, San Piero a Grado (Pisa). HOW TO PARTICIPATE: In order to participate to the site visit all interested parties are invited to indicate their interest by submitting an e-mail not later than Close of Business (COB) 15 July 2015 to the following e-mail address: Sonia.zanobini2.ln@mail.mil Please indicate in your e-mail the project number/title: Solicitation W912PF-15-R-0015 for quote mark Semi-annual Maintenance, Test, Inspections of all Suppression and Sprinkler systems in Camp Darby, Depot & ASA Areas quote mark and the name of the company, the address, the phone number and fax number and e-mail address,, and name of the person(s) (maximum two) who will be present at the site visit. A legible copy of the identification document(s) has to be to be provided. If the person(s) has/have passes, a cop of the pass/passes has to be provided. Only the person(s) who has/have provided the personal data will be allowed to attend the site visit. The Guards will check the identification card at the Gate. The offeror(s) not present on the list will be denied the entrance to the base. Not indicating interest as described above does not preclude your firm from participating in this requirement. Note: Interested Parties are NOT required to attend the organized site visit in order to submit an offer. We inform you that our computer does not provide proof of your mail receipt.
