Description

1. The solicitation will be a C3 (Customer, Contracting, Commerce) Partnering Solicitation. Therefore a site visit by all interested vendors is strongly recommended. The invitation letter for the site visit will be available on the internet at the following website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi on approximately 9 July 2015. All responsible sources may attend the site visit and submit a quote, which will be considered by the Regional Contracting Office. 2. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The magnitude of the project is between $25,000 - $100,000 3. 30% of the work must be performed by the prime contractor 4. Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany) 5. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12)
