- Attachment 2 - Delivery Schedule Attachment 1 - Schedule of Supplies SPE8EQ-15-Q-5004 Limited/Sole Source Justification This is a notification of intent that an award will be made in accordance with 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition, to Okinawa Medix K.K. DBA for Sysmex Reagents, Media Plates and Consumables on Government-owned Sysmex equipment for USNH Okinawa. The purposed period of performance is 17 July 2015 through 30 September 2015. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by the designated response date and time. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurement. The determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
