- Visitor Group Security Agreement Questions and Answers as of 9 Jul 2015 FINAL Combined Synopsis/Solicitation *** FINAL COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION *** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82 effective 7 May 2015, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice (DPN) 20150420 effective 20 April 2015; Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2015-0406 effective 6 April 2015. Solicitation number FA9401-15-R-0002 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP), entitled Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) non-personal Services. The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, Installation Contracting Division/PZID intends to award a Firm Fixed Price non-personal services contract as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
