- Description
- Inu Teq, LLC has a requirement for a new expandable and extensible storage solution to meet data store needs for current and future archive requirements and to provide redundancy for critical components to eliminate (minimize) down times. Initial capacity must be approximately 425TB usable, and must be expandable to accommodate a projected growth rate of approximately 60TB per year. Data to be hosted on this solution will consist primarily of large, uncompressible video files per the attached Statement of Work. The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC 2005-81. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. Although this requirement has been opened to all contract holders, award preference is to a small business. However, we reserve the right to award to other than small business as permitted in accordance with FAR 19.5 The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement is 334112 and 1,000 employees. All contractual and technical questions must be in writing via email to afrc-rfess-procurement@mail.nasa.gov to Anne Jordan no later than 2:00pm on July 15, 2015. Responses to questions will be posted to this site by close of business on July 16, 2015. Absolutely NO telephone questions/inquiries will be accepted. Selection and award will be made to that offeror whose offer will be most advantageous to the Government, with consideration given to the factors of proposed technical merit, price, and past performance. The evaluation criteria will be weighted as follows: Technical 70% Cost 20% Past Performance 10% All responsible sources may submit an offer/proposal which shall be considered. Offers for the item(s) described above are due by 2:00pm local time, July 24, 2015 and emailed to afrc-rfess-procurement@mail.nasa.gov and must include solicitation number, taxpayer identification number (TIN), In addition, cost, past performance and technical proposals should be separate. If an offer/proposal are received and are not separated by cost, pat performance and technical then it will NOT be considered. Please complete and submit the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) with your proposal. Offerors are required to complete RFQ RF&ESS Form RFES 604. Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items is applicable (attached). The FAR may be obtained via the Internet at URL: http://www.acquisition.gov/far/index/htm l. Prospective offerors shall notify this office of their intent to submit an offer. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the following Internet site for the release of solicitation amendments (in any): http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi- bin/nais/link_syp.cgi. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of this combination synopsis/solicitation and amendments (if any).
