Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to enter into an "other than full and open competition", sole source agreement with MicroBrightField Inc. for the Neurolucida System. This is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source is capable of meeting this requirement. The Neurolucida System includes upgrade of software and hardware: Department of Veterans Affairs Portland VA Medical Center 3710 SW US Veterans Hospital Rd Portland, OR 97239 This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action.
