Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Clarksburg VA Medical Center 1 Medical Center Drive Clarksburg PA 26301, has a requirement to procure services for the operation of the facility's potable water distribution system. For the purpose of this work requirement, the Louis A. Johnson VAMC's potable water system is categorized as a Water Distribution System (WDS), Non-Transient Non Community Water System, with the West Virginia Bureau of Public Health. The Government intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) and award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the responsible Offeror whose proposal constitutes the lowest price technically acceptable to the government using procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 15.101-2. This acquisition will be is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541620 with a small business size standard of $15 Million All interested and responsible parties may submit a quote following solicitation release. The solicitation number is VA244-15-R-1069. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about July 10, 2015. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (http://www.sam.gov) and complete online Representations and Certifications at (http://www.sam.gov). See FAR Clause 52.204-7.
