- NOTE: This is a market survey requesting information in support of the following potential requirement. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. All portions of this market survey are merely for market research purposes and subject to change at any time. Response to this survey is voluntary and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this market survey. Data submitted in response to this market survey will not be returned. POTENTIAL REQUIREMENT: NOUN: M3P Machine Gun NSN: 1005-013-03-5250 Army Contracting Command - Warren is conducting market research to determine industry's capability to provide the M3P Machine Gun, NSN: 1005-013-03-5250. There is no TDP available for purposes of this market survey. Interested vendors should provide all the following information: 1. Company Name, mailing address, CAGE Code, website, point of contact, phone number, and email address. 2. Business size under NAICS Code 332994 Small Arms Manufacturing (small business, large business, etc.). 3. What experience does your company have successfully manufacturing and delivering the M3P Machine Gun, or similar non-commercial large caliber machine guns, manufactured to a Government TDP. 4. If your company has provided the M3P Machine Gun, or similar non-commercial large caliber machine guns, to the United States Government, please provide the name of the requiring activity and the contract number(s). 5. What is your company's maximum monthly production capability and the production lead time required to begin deliveries of M3P Machine Guns at that rate. RESPONSES DUE: Responses are due by July 17, 2015 RESPONSE FORMATS: Responses must be submitted electronically by email and be in one of the following three formats: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, or Microsoft PowerPoint. PDF versions of these types of documents are also acceptable. Your email response must include in its subject the phrase M3P Machine Gun Market Survey and your company's name.
