Description

Questions and Answers SF 1449 (Amendment 1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Please see attached SF1449 with updated 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors and updated Required Insurance Clause to reflect "Note for solicitation FA4800-15-T-0011, the Contracting Officer has determined that rail operations insurance will not be required prior to contract award. Do not include the costs for this type of insurance in price quotes for this solicitation or enter into any commitments." Also clauses 252.245-7001, 252.245-7002, 252.245-7003, 252.245-7004, 252.211-7007 have been added. Lastly, a Questions and Answers document have been attached for solicitation
