Description

This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures. This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request for Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4- 1 year option years. The part being procured is a Latch, Assembly Aircraft for NSN 1560-01-406-8974 for an Estimated Annual Quantity of 167 under Source: Adams Rite Aerospace Inc. C AGE: 80477, P/N:4195-7. AUTHORIZED DEALER DISTRIBUTOR: DUTCH VALLEY SUPPLY CO. CAGE: 31068. The required delivery schedule is 271 days. Configuration Control applies. FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is July 23, 2015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
