- Continuous Maintenance Availability (CMAV) to include hull, machinery, electrical and piping on USS HUE CITY (CG 66). Solicitation will be available on or about 24 July 2015. Offers are restricted to holders of a Master Agreement for Ship Repair (MSRA). Market research was conducted from 02 - 07 July 2015 and this solicitation will not be able to be set aside for Small Business. The Small Business Representative provided concurrence on 08 July 2015. The solicitation is full and open.
