- Draft Performance Work Statement The US Army Corp of Engineers, Portland District, CENWP-CT-S, 333 SW 1st Avenue, Portland Oregon 97204 intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for solid waste, recycling and natural debris hauling services needed at the Bonneville Dam in Multnomah County, Oregon and Skamania County, Washington. This project is unrestricted under NAICS 562111 with a size standard of $38,500,000. An RFQ will follow this announcement on or about 13 July 2015.
