- Contractor shall provide data from the state of Connecticut that will be linked with National ART Surveillance System (NASS) data at CDC for the purposes of ART research and surveillance. Connecticut Department of Public Health (CDPH) will link Connecticut birth, infant death, fetal death, hospital discharge, and birth defects registry data, and deliver this linked data to CDC. It is believed and known by CDC that State of Connecticut (CDPH) is the sole source having the capabilities which will meet the above mentioned requirements of CDC. It is the intent of CDC to award a contract with the State of Connecticut if this is found to be true.
